Becca Williams is a creative leader, visual strategist, and artist with two decades of experience helping visionary teams bring complex ideas to life. She is the Co-founder and CEO of DIRTY is Better, a bold new product line from Harmony Farms Inc. At DIRTY, Becca leads a passionate and highly capable team that is shaking up the fresh food space. Together, they are building a produce brand rooted in truth, flavor, and creative rebellion. It’s a space where storytelling, design, and food come together to reconnect people with what’s real. Before launching DIRTY, Becca co-founded Throughline, a nationally respected visual strategy firm.

In 2023, Becca traveled to El Salvador to volunteer with Paso Pacifico and was immediately inspired by the opportunity to strengthen rural communities, especially women-run cooperatives. As Board President, Rebecca uses her creativity to support strategic planning for the organization’s next twenty years.
