Estefania Isabel Muñoz Salas

Originally from Mexico, she studied Marine Biology at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur and obtained her Master’s degree in Marine Ecology at the Center for Scientific Research and Higher Education at Ensenada. Since her professional training, she has worked with shorebirds and participated in research, conservation, and citizen science projects. Her main focus is data analysis for bird conservation, focusing on population trends, migration patterns, and reproductive biology, among others.
